Red Stripe – Make Something from Nothing – Village Underground – 16th November

Red Stripe – our favourite Jamaican beer synonymous with carnival and warehouse parties – have decided to bring a bit of summer flavour back to us in the coldest depths of winter.
Teaming up with Japanese artist Yuri Suzuki and current futurebass darling Ben UFO, they bring us their latest campaign “Make Something from Nothing” to East London’s Village Underground.
In the spirit of recycle, reuse and reinvent Mr. Suzuki has created a huge (8’ x 8’) speaker stack made primarily from Red Stripe cans and gaffa tape – I told you they were bringing the carnival vibe back!
This is set to be a night of epic proportions with Numbers Record boss – Spencer – a last minute addition to the line up – prepare to have your fillings rattled and your booty shakin.
Just to get you in the mood here is Ben UFOs set at Boiler Room from September.
